CASE STUDY — BRAND & SOCIAL STRATEGY

Turning ten years of event chaos into a real estate brand nobody else in the Twin Cities can claim.

3 Labs Realty needed a presence that felt like her — not another Keller Williams template. We built the brand system, then the social content to carry it, starting with what she could actually use right now.

A brand-new agent, a market full of lookalike listings.

THE SITUATION

Sandy came to Ripple & Rise as a new Keller Williams agent with a story most realtors don't have — a decade coordinating live events on the scale of Super Bowls and Final Fours before moving into real estate. She didn't have a single closing yet. What she had was a name, a logo, and a real hesitation about spending on a full website before she'd sold a single house.

Rather than push a bigger build than she needed, we scoped a smaller first engagement: a brand system and a set of social templates she could put to work immediately, with the bigger site to follow when she was ready.

Built from her market, not a template library.

THE APPROACH

Before opening a design file, we audited six real estate and hospitality accounts she admired — pulling apart what actually drove engagement, not just what looked nice.

That research shaped a content system organized around three pillars:

Listings

For Sale, Just Listed, Open House, Featured Listing — the transactional core.

Carousels, FAQs, and quick tips that build trust without a hard sell.

Market Smarts

Her story, her town, her mountains — the part no competitor can copy.

Behind the Move

The brand itself came directly from her, not a mood board: two decades of mountains, the family Labradors that gave "3 Labs" its name, a life spent on the river. That story became a muted, earthy palette and a clean, modern sans-serif system — nothing borrowed, nothing generic.

A palette built from her actual story

Sage & Clay — an earthy, modern system pulled from her logo's mountain green and warmed up with clay, so nothing about it feels like stock real-estate branding.

THE DELIVERY

A system she can run herself, from day one.

Alongside the templates, Sandy received:

  • A full content strategy guide — a four-week posting calendar, platform-specific caption and linking guidance

  • Best-time-to-post benchmarks for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • A written training guide and a set of walkthrough videos mean she isn't dependent on a designer to keep her feed running.

The engagement was intentionally scoped as a first step. With the brand system, palette, and voice already established, the eventual website build starts from a running head start rather than square one.
