1. About Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC
Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC is a web and UX design studio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, providing website design, user experience design, content design, and related digital services. References on the Site to our services are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement for paid services is governed by a separate written client services agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Project work delivered to clients is governed by the terms of the applicable client services agreement, not these Terms.

When you submit information through a contact form on the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to respond to your inquiry. 6. Payments
If you make a payment through the Site or through a payment link provided by Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC, you agree that:
• All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, Square, or similar), and you are subject to their terms and privacy practices
• You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Refunds, deposits, kill fees, and payment schedules are governed by your client services agreement, not these Terms
• Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC does not store full payment card information on our systems

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPPLE & RISE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100), or, if you are a paying client, the amount you paid to Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC in the six (6) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any client services agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ripple & Rise Studio, LLC regarding your use of the Site.
