Trendwell Therapy

BRAND & WEBSITE DESIGN FOR A NEW PRIVATE PRACTICE

When Maria began her private practice, Trend Well Therapy, she was starting from scratch — no website, no online presence. She wanted her site to feel warm, relatable, and genuinely human. She needed more than a place to list her services. She needed a site that would make prospective clients feel seen before they ever booked a session.

MY APPROACH

Before opening a single design tool, I started with a discovery call and a tailored research questionnaire. I wanted to understand not just what Maria did, but who she was trying to reach, what made her approach to therapy different, and what her clients needed to feel in order to take that first step of reaching out.

From there I mapped out her user flows and information architecture — making sure the site guided visitors naturally from curiosity to confidence to contact. Every decision, from structure to copy to color, was made with her future clients in mind.

THE WORK

Template Customization & Design

Soft, neutral tones chosen intentionally to evoke calm, comfort, and hope. The visual language was designed to feel like a exhale — not clinical, not corporate.

UX & Usability

Intuitive navigation, mobile-optimized layouts, and a flow built around how someone searching for a therapist actually thinks and moves through a site.

Content Strategy

Content blocks organized for readability and emotional flow — meeting visitors where they are and walking them toward action without pressure.

Copy & SEO

Brand-aligned copy written to reflect Maria's warm, relatable voice and speak directly to adults seeking individual therapy. SEO best practices woven throughout.

THE RESULT

Trend Well Therapy launched with a complete web presence that reflected exactly who Maria is as a practitioner — approachable, trustworthy, and deeply human. Maria loved the final site, particularly the copywriting, and felt it captured her voice and vision completely. The UX work holds up where it counts most. No friction issues reported from either prospective or active clients navigating the site.
